Process Management

It is aimed to define the processes within the company, to determine the measurement method, to analyze it, to implement the improvement and control stages, and to ensure that the processes are designed, developed and implemented. Six Sigma approach will be applied at this stage. The Six Sigma approach is a quality management philosophy that is integrated with statistical methods of total quality management and targets 3.4 errors in million error opportunities. The aim is to detect the root causes of errors in processes and to ensure that errors do not occur again. Minimizing deviations by minimizing variability in processes will ensure customer satisfaction and continuity.
